Adam Mikulich Sports Reporter
Since graduating from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University Adam Mikulich has put together a resume that includes stops in Western Washington, Southeast Idaho, Central Illinois, and the greater Salt Lake area. I consider myself a jack of all trades sports guy, says Mikulich. Early on in my career some of the best advice I received was to learn all facets of the industry and that the on camera stuff would come naturally. Amy Nay co anchors 2News This Morning Weekend Edition and 2News at Ten on Saturdays and Sundays. Amy is also able to report for the station, and is happy to be a part of the winning team here at KUTV a station Amy s always watched, her favorite growing up here in Utah.
Amy is originally from Gunnison in beautiful Sanpete County, where their family s roots run deep. Amy s parents and grandmothers remain in Gunnison and she is proud to say are her biggest fans.
You may have seen Amy this past year here at 2News both on the desk and out in the field. She was recently honored with two UBEE awards for her work, covering the funeral of Officer Jared Francom in Ogden, and at the desk with Brian Mullahy on 2News at Ten.
Amy made the big move back to Utah with her family after spending 13 years in New York City. She moved to the Big Apple the day after graduating from Southern Utah University with an internship at CNN. She was last seen anchoring the top rated morning shows for News 12 Westchester. Amy has also had extensive experience behind the camera or microphone, so to speak, writing and producing for news stations in New York City including CNN, NBC, 1010 WINS News Radio and Fox News Channel where she met her husband (while playing softball on the company s coed team in Central Park).

Amy loves being back in Utah, being closer to the mountains and closer to her family. She and her husband Sheffield have three sons, and couldn t be happier raising their family in Salt Lake City.
Brian Mullahy Reporter
Brian Mullahy has anchored the weekend news on Channel 2 for 20 years, and reported stories from Asia, to Africa, to Washington, DC.
Teamed with Amy Nay at 10pm, and solo at 5pm, the weekend news is consistently number one in Utah. Brian s reporting has earned numerous Utah Broadcasting Association Awards, four regional Emmy nominations, and recognition from the Illinois Associated Press and Idaho Press Club.
His community involvement arcs from the soccer field to behind locked doors at a juvenile detention center. He coached youth soccer, and for most of his time at Channel 2, has served as a Catholic Prison Ministries volunteer. He also has been invited to speak to numerous community groups.
Brian has been married for 25 years, and has two young adult children, and two dogs. He enjoys skiing, swimming and reading. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Utah.
