Judge rules Marion County judicial election system unconstitutional

Ken Falk, legal director of the ACLU of Indiana, called the reasoning ridiculous.

Young disagreed with the defendants arguments, saying their concerns don t justify maintaining the status quo in Marion County, according to documents.
