For about an hour Tuesday night, all of Florida was watching Broward County.
In a news release, the Crist campaign cited a power outage, the malfunctioning ID scanner and changes in precincts as contributing to several individual and systemic breakdowns that made it difficult for voters to cast regular ballots.
