Horrible service, had to wait to eat appetizers because server never gave us utensils or napkins. Waited 10 minutes to get a refill of my drink, forced to drink water while I ate. My wife never got a refill, we only saw our server ONCE, and that was when he literally dropped my drink off at the table and continued on his way. Never saw a drink menu either. Sent an email about our experience, and have yet to hear back, so I m taking that as they just don t care. Food is ok, view is great, but both lose their luster when service is bad.

My husband and I are foodies from Pittsburgh who moved to Tampa and have been largely disappointed with the food here thus far. Surprisingly, Hula Bay had one of the best meals I ve had. I had the Shrimp Scampi, which was delicious. It is on a marina, sitting waterfront, you can see them fetch the boats in and out of the water, and the best service we have ever had by Dino! We had the island shrimp, honolulu roll, and a burger.
