Looming financial troubles have caused a Las Vegas nightclub owned by Desperate Housewives co star to temporarily shut its doors.

But in January, Beso LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after it had mounted nearly $5.7 million in debt. The club, according to the bankruptcy filing, was losing about $76,000 a month, was behind nearly $1.8 million on its rent and owes $260,451 in sales tax to Nevada.
Beso LLC also owed Clear Channel Outdoor, the billboard subsidiary of San Antonio based , nearly $81,000 for digital billboard advertising.
The restaurant was not part of the bankruptcy, which is still ongoing.
Longoria, who was listed in the bankruptcy filing, gave a $1,074,247 cash loan to Beso LLC and also paid the entity s legal fees that totaled $375,000. Anderson said in January that Longoria had been dealing with the fallout stemming from two former allegedly fraudulent ex partners tied to Beso and Eve, which prompted the bankruptcy.
Longoria assembled a new management team in an effort to become more hands on in the development and promotion of the two venues.
But Longoria s court troubles don t end there.
In January, she also was sued for at least $4 million by Mali Nachum, a former partner in Beso LLC, claiming the star violated California usury laws.
In 2009, Nachum borrowed $1 million from Longoria, who was promised repayment at 8 percent interest and a large stake in the venture, a previous article states. Ronen and Mali Nachum, who had nearly 33 percent stake in the company, allege that they invested $280,000 to help fund construction but werepatagonia fleece zip up1 pushed out of the venture before repayment. Longoria and the co defendants filed a motion to dismiss that was denied. They also filed a countersuit.
