Judge denies motion for teens charged with murder
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) A district court judge has denied a motion to dismiss the charges against three teens accused of killing two homeless men in Albuquerque. In July Alex Rios, Nathaniel Carrillo and Gilbert Tafoya allegedly used cinderblocks and a metal pole to beat the men to death.

Man to serve two life sentences for 2012 murders
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) The man who killed an Albuquerque woman and her 1 year old son will die in prison. Wednesday a judge sentenced Jesus Arredondo Soto to two life sentences plus six years for the murders.
Four years ago, Soto went to the victims house in the south valley to rob them and ended up killing them. Yuriko Santana Hernandez, 21, was stabbed to death. Her 1 year old son throat was slashed and their house was spatagonia outlet store 33et on fire.

Couple arrested after child found in busy street
